Our home begins
KMI began as a space for Indonesian comics creators to make art, connect, and collaborate.
- 2023
Yogyakarta → Singapore
KMI became a media and strategic partner for Comipara Exhibition in Yogyakarta, then joined the Indonesia area at Singapore Comic Con at the invitation of AKSI.
- 2024
KMI’s 13th anniversary, Bandung
KMI held its first independently organised in-person event: a community celebration with seminars, workshops, and comics shopping.
